Caddie Individual Billing Policy
For clients who prefer players to pay separately rather than using a master account.
1. Event Hold vs. Event Confirmation

When a group selects individual billing, Caddie will place a temporary event hold on your preferred date.

The event becomes fully confirmed only when all required individual deposits have been received.

Until full deposits are collected, the date is not guaranteed and may be released if payments are not completed within the agreed timeframe.
2. Minimum Player Commitment
Since Caddie is responsible for guaranteeing the final number of players with our venues and vendors:

You (the Group Leader) must provide a minimum player commitment that the group is responsible for.

If fewer than the minimum number of players submit payment, the Group Leader (or club/organization) agrees to cover the remaining balance for any unpaid or missing participants.
3. Deposit Requirements (Per Person)

Each participant must pay their individual share of the 50% deposit by the stated deadline in proposal issued to Group Leader.

Once all deposits are collected, the event converts from “Hold” to “Confirmed,” and your date is guaranteed.

Final 50% payments are due 60 days before the event.
4. Payment Deadlines
To keep your date secured on schedule:

All individual deposits must be received within 7 days of invoice issuance.

All individual final payments must be received 60 days prior to the event.

Players who do not pay by the deadline may be replaced by alternates provided by the Group Leader, or the Group Leader is responsible for the unpaid spot.
5. Roster Lock Date
Your player roster will be locked 60 days prior to the event. Any unpaid, dropped, or replaced players after this date do not reduce the event cost.
6. Cancellation
If the group cannot meet the minimum player commitment through individual payments:

The Group Leader (or their organization/club) is responsible for the outstanding balance

This is required before Caddie can confirm the event date.
7. Player Profiles
All players must create an AGT Profile before final confirmation. Caddie uses Golf Genius for live scoring and event admin, so profiles must be active prior to setup.
