The 2021 AGT Series was created for many reasons, one of which is to allow players a change to experience venues like Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex, which has been recognized as one of the finest golf facilities in the midwest. The AGT Series built a competitive playing field that resulted in a tight leaderboard and an incredible amount of fun!

Playing the AGT Series FourBall format, the team of Ben Kilborn & Mike Mounce played steady team golf to take down the title in the Gross division. Team birdies on on #8, #10, & #12, brought their lead to 3 and that would hold up for a 1 shot victory, as they posted a team score of 71, 1 under. Second place went to the Tudor brothers, Brandon and Nick as they shoot an even par 72. With a chance to tie the leaders, a 15 foot birdie attempt on 18 slid just past the hole. Kilborn and Mounce earned invites to the National Championship at Big Cedar Lodge while Brandon and Nick finished as first alternates.

In a yet another tightly contested Net division, Emmett Dillon (6 Hdcp) & Carmen Corvino (3) eeked out a win shooting -5 under 67, good for a 1 shot victory! In the net division, players handicap indexes are applied to the course rating and slope, then 80% of the course index is used for competition purposes. The end result is a fair tournament that produces a leaderboard like it did this past weekend at Kampen. 5 teams finished within 2 shots of the champions, and another 3 teams were 3 back! Every shot matters in FourBall! Second place went to Paul Leitelt (9) & Ross Peterson (6) as they shot 68, -4 and won the scorecard playoff over Ken Duneman (10) & Chad Jones (5)

In the Gross Skins game, the monster skins continue with a 2 player split , each skin was $450:

• Ken Duneman - Birdie on 1
• Mike Mounce - Birdie on 12

Closest to the Pin winners:

• Brandon Kuck - #13
• Ben Kilborn - #17

In the Swag Golf Putting Contest, the fun continued for another event. Each player had a chance to win a custom fit putter courtesy of Swag Golf. When the dust settled, Brad Reynolds took down the contest and bragging rights!
