The 2021 AGT Series teed it up at the famed Cog Hill Golf and Country Club. This storied venue has hosted many PGA Tour events and the players always enjoy the venue and challenge it presents. Players took dead aim at the pins and it was a big birdie barrage all day! The new rally cry is "Big Cedar Bound" - the question to be answered is who would be holding the trophies at the end of the day?!
Playing the AGT Series FourBall format, the team of Ben Kilborn and Jared Steger cruised to victory as they opened their round with a team birdie on the opening hole, then proceeded to end the day with 3 straight birdies en route to posting an amazing score of 10 under, 62! Kilborn and Steger are BIG CEDAR BOUND as they will get a chance at the National Championship Title at National Championship at Big Cedar Lodge Finishing in 2nd place and only 1 shot behind was Cole Taylor & Matt Hussong (carding a team 63) and in third place was Connor Tierney and Tim Morrow with a score of -5, 67.
In a tightly contested Net division, Han Kim (3) & Sean Kim (6) emerged victorious shooting -9 under 63, squeezing out a 1 shot victory. The highlight and difference of the day was Han's eagle on the par 5 3rd allowing for the Kim's to punch their tickets for the National Championship! 2nd place honors with to the Tudor brothers, George and Tony carding a 8 under, 64 edging out Peter Skiba and Nick Tudor on a scorecard playoff!
In the Gross Skins game, 3players split yet another monster skins pool, with each skin worth $550:

In the Swag Golf Putting Contest, the players had a blast taking turns at knocking down the putts. Each player had a chance to win a custom fit putter courtesy of Swag Golf. This week's winner was Don Reed!
