AGT at the Masters Exclusive Drawing Rules & "Legal Stuff"

Eligibility

• The drawing is open to participants who are 18 years of age or older.
• Employees of AGT and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Entry Information

• Entries are limited to 200 total, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each entry is $100 and provides one chance to win the prize package.
• Multiple entries per participant are allowed, with a maximum limit of 10 entries per person
• No refunds or exchanges are permitted after purchase - all sales are final
• Prize components are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

Drawing Details

• The drawing will take place on Monday April 7th (or sooner if all entries sell out).
• One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 24 hours of the drawing
• The winner must confirm their acceptance within 24 hours of being notified.
• If the winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within the specified time, an alternate winner will be drawn

Release and Limitation of Liability

• AGT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the drawing if necessary.
• This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
• By entering, participants agree to release AGT from any liability associated with the drawing or the prize.
• AGT is not responsible for any issues with entry submissions, including technical errors or payment issues.
• All federal, state, and local laws apply.
